Registration for Vacation Day Care: Summer 2008

Unless noted otherwise, all fields are required and must be filled in.

We will send confirmation and a summary of costs to you when we receive your request.

Requests must be submitted by May 31, 2008.

Contract payments must be received prior to the start of your child's participation in Vacation Day Care.

This service is available only to children who are enrolled in the Miquon School and/or the Miquon Day Camp.
